Holistic Physical Therapy

Pelvic Health Physical Therapy is defined as rehabilitation for your pelvic floor. Your pelvic floor is part of the core of your body. This area is in the center of your body connected to your hips and low back. It holds several vital organs including your rectum, vagina, uterus, and bladder. It is responsible for so many functions in your body. Which is why when there is a pelvic floor issue, dysfunction can arise in several areas of the body. Pelvic PT can help reduce pain, and regain function of bowels and bladder.
