I love making juice! I started juicing in 2021 and loved it ever since. Starting my day with a freshly made juice is so refreshing. It is light on my stomach as a pre-breakfast to wake up my gut from hours of overnight rest. Hence the term “break -fast”. Breaking your overnight fast with gently foods like juice or lemon water or tea can help with bloating and other digestive issues.

Green Juice
Ingredients:
8 stalks of celery
3 apples
2 oranges
1/2 inch fresh ginger
Directions:
- wash and cut all the fruit and veggies
- Using a juicer, juice all the ingredients
- For a more smooth texture, strain the juice through a mesh strainer or nut milk bag.
- Enjoy!
